Complaints and right of exchange
Complaint
Complaints are only taken into account within 8 days from the invoice date, and if the complained goods are submitted free of charge, stating the delivery note number. If there are no manufacturing or material defects, no replacement or credit will be provided. In special cases, however ONLY by agreement, it will be possible to return goods against deduction of 10% return fee. Compensation only includes the item itself and not liability for secondary damage, freight, etc.
Right of exchange
Scanlico Denmark A / S grants a right of exchange – NOT a right of return – on all stocked goods delivered within ½ years. Returned goods must be in salable packaging, without price tags or the like.
